Elphaba the wicked witch of the west. Inspired by the number Defying Gravity from the Broadway musical Wicked.

This is the original hand drawn artwork (not a copy or print) done in Black Magic ink on watercolor paper and permanently mounted on black semi-shiny mat board with a white beveled edge and a loop of hemp cord at the top.

Is great as a small piece of wall art or small work of art to keep at your desk. Is also fully functional as a bookmark.

Handwritten on the back is the title of the piece (Defying Gravity) as well as my signature: both my real name (Angela Apilado) and my cover name (thedustyphoenix).
