I've got alot of things drawn, but I just havn't had much time for coloring this summer. But I have had my camera with me nearly everywhere so I've got tons of new photos.

Part of the reason for delays in photos was that I was trying to get them loaded to Zazzle before I loaded them here, but it's just taking too damn long. So I'm going to switch back and load here first then just add a link when I finally get caught up on Zazzle. If you ever see any of my photos or art (other then fanart) that you'd be interested in seeing merchandise of and there's no link to any, just leave me a comment and I'll move that to the top of my Zazzle list.

I'm also trying to get my laptop ready to be shipped off for maintenance which could take 2-3 weeks. So I'm trying to do a bit of a mass upload of my backlog of photos before that happens. So apologies in advance for the crammed up inboxes of my watchers. I'll try to keep them at least a little spaced out by hours or so.

Uhg, I've been super busy lately. A surprise to me really, but not an unwelcome one, most of it's been fun. I've still got a backlog of photographs to upload (but I like loading them onto Zazzle first so that once I load them here I can include a sales link. And making merchandise on Zazzle is simple but tedious and time consuming.) And so very much lineart I want to color and just haven't had the time to.

One thing I did finally get done was my entry into the mascot contest for Kumoricon 2010. I don't really expect to win (the same two girls always seem to win back and forth between each other) but I've wanted to enter since the first year I went and just never got that far. I'll upload her later in the summer, probably right after the con.

Oh and the pig carcass... well look through the deviation I loaded today and you'll find him. ^_-

So I've kind've been lagging on coloring anything new. So much line art drawn, so little desire to color it. And it doesn't help that I've become addicted to games on facebook and then I went and finally bought Sims2 which I've wanted for years now (only to find out a couple days later that Sims3 is supposed to be release next month). So between that and school...


But on the upside I'm finally getting another craft shop running. I've set up a shop on MadeItMyself.com. I've got one item listed right now and I'll be adding some more later this weekend. Basically my plan is that whenever an item I have listed on Etsy expires without being purchased I'll switch it over to be listed on MadeItMyself so it can be seen by a new audience. And I'll probably throw some new stuff up over there too once I get it going. Then just keep switching things back and forth. I even lucked out with my timing, MadeItMyself is temporarily letting people list items for free! So if you ever wanted to start up an online shop, now might be a good time to give it a try.





Oh and Sarah, I tried that Spinich thing. Horrible waste of greenery.

I just cut prices on nearly all of the merchandise in my Etsy shop! Most reductions are between $1-$6. I also listed a ton of new jewelry.

I've got a Twitter account now. It's barely used so far, but I've got one. Same user name as here of course.





I'm going to dump a bunch of clubs off my journal again. If it's a club that hasn't shown any activity for about 2-3 months now I'm just going to consider it dead. I still watch them though so if any clubs come back to life I'll gladly put the icon back up (I've had that happen twice now).

Just wondering is anyone else annoyed by the new journal set up? Seems like I have to go through twice as many pages just to make a new entry.

Have I really not updated this journal thing since December? Oops. Well that explains why I'm sick of looking at it. I really don't have much to say at the moment though. I just did a whole crap load of new lineart over the weekend. Add that to the pile already scanned and queued to be colored that's built up on my hard drive over the last couple years. I really should just post the line art for a few of them and call it good but I hate putting up what I consider unfinished products. It just bugs me, like this sound of kitty claws slicing through the finish on your wood garage door. I want to be coloring right now, but I've got a case of artist's elbow that hurts like hell. Might have to have to go swimming tomorrow and stretch it out so I can get back to work.

But I did get a few new things done. The stuff that caused the artist's elbow... So that'll be up in a minute. And there's new stuff in my Zazzle account. And I'm working on changing the decor on my web page, but I'm still trying to figure out just how I want it to look. And I've opened another shop where you can buy my stuff printed on cool junks over at cafe press. But the way they set things up is odd to me and it doesn't have nearly the customization features that zazzle offers. I don't know how the quality compares either. But they do have some cool items that zazzle doesn't offer like underwear, wall clocks, maternity, and pet clothes. Which are the things that caught my attention in the first place. Still the set up process really annoys me so it's going to be awhile before I try to really launch that as an option.
