Madeline

An old work doodle. She's all skewy because of the odd place I had to draw her. She's all grainy because she was drawn on a bit of grey board wrapper from inside a purse. And she is supposed to look a bit older then the carton/book age.

I always wondered why the nun is called MISS Clavel, instead of Sister Clavel. Is it a French thing, or was Sister Clavel just to hard to fit into the rhythm of the poems?
